The educational system of VISANG is called “the leadership education system.” This is an educational system which had been designed by systematizing the common capabilities, which were arrived at based on the core values, and the job competency according to each job according to the roles & responsibilities by year. It had been designed to support each individual who is a constituent member so that the individual can exercise the positive influence through the capability improvements according to each year and in order to provide the help for the growth of the individual through the education.
All of the constituent members of VISANG Education recognize the important strategies, the management issues, etc. of the company every year together. And in order to concentrate all of the strength on the accomplishment of the vision based on this, they receive the education.
